Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS)

ASI provides Avionics and Weapons training device support for the Air Force Technical Training Command at Sheppard Air Force Base, Wichita Falls, TX.

The Weapons section of ASI Texas is responsible for maintaining and modifying all the equipment used by the Air Force Aircraft Armament, Munitions, and Special Weapons schools at Sheppard Air Force base. This includes A-10, F-15, F-16, B-52 aircraft, a full scale B-1 weapons load trainer, H-53 helicopter and all associated trainers and related test/support equipment in the armament school.

The ASI Avionics Support team provides both flight line and back-shop support for all of the Avionics Training Equipment used by the Air Force Technical Training Command at Sheppard Air Force base, Witchita Falls, TX.
