ASI also installed emergency stops and removed the fuel cells to fulfill CNATT safety requirements.

CH-46 Composite Trainer

 V-22 Aircraft

ASI modified an operational V-22 aircraft to provide safe operation for maintenance training on the aircraft. ASI manufactured a 5000 psi hydraulic unit, a 400 Hz power supply and installed emergency stop switches. The switches were installed in such a way that the aircraft parts were not modified and could be returned to flight status with minimal effort. ASI also manufactured several V-22 part task trainers and a remote antenna cart.
