CH-47F Chinook Helicopter Maintenance Trainer (CHMT)

ASI was awarded a contract to convert a CH-47D Chinook helicopter into a CH-47F maintenace trainer with various operating systems that can be remotely faulted for troubleshooting. The CHMT trainer is used to train CH-47 maintainers on system familiarization, component identification, serviving task and inspections, maintenance operational checks, and remove/install tasks in support of the U.S. CH-47 AVUM. CH-47F Chinook Cockpit Part Task Trainer (CCPTT)

The CH-47F Chinook Cockpit Part Task trainer is a training platform for the development of maintenance skills for the CH-47F maintainers. The CCPTT trainer is used to train system familiarization, component identification, and remove/intall task in support of the U.S. CH-47 AVUM. CH-47F Hydraulic Trainer 

CH-47 15H Hydraulic Trainer is being built to train Army personnel with the purpose of bleeding, flushing, and purifying the utility and #1 flight boost.  This trainer will be created from a CH-47D to working CH-47F Hydraulic Trainer containing working components of the flight controls and AFT section hydraulics.  To save cost to the Army, design modification components were copied from the CHMT. AH-64 Longbow

ASI designed and has manufactured seven AH-64D Longbow Apache Cockpit Trainers (configured to operate in either pilot configuration or co-pilot configuration) to provide a realistic simulation for crewmember training in the use of the Multipurpose Displays, up-front display, TDAC display, keyboard, control grips (Cyclic, Collective and Optical Relay Tube (ORT)). The trainers were required to be easily moved from one classroom to another and had to be sturdy enough to be transported to field activities without damage to the trainers.
